Looking at the Tom's VGA Charts, is seems that the level of 3d performance of your card is equal to the HD3650 chipset (your card is sometimes tad faster, sometimes is tad slower).

So I would price it at around the same price level as a new HD3650, because of the aftermarket cooler that you have...
I would not ask for it more than for a used HD3850 because the HD3850 is a much faster card...
So, I don't know - $55.00 shipped?
